A few games on this website are translated from English but most of them are written by French authors and exist only in French. The games that are translated from English (or Italian by the way) are not classical murder mystery games but drama games often belonging to the Nordic Larp tradition. There are tons of English games on the web. Have a look at the link section.
If you're really interested in a French game you've found here, you can try a Google translation. It works pretty well if the layout of the game is simple enough. Tip : to correctly Google translate a pdf, first turn it into a Word document. The easiest way to do it is to download it into your Google Drive, open it as a Google Doc then download it back as a word document. Then you can translate it. It's an important step because if you try to Google translate directly a pdf, it will fail at detecting the end of sentences (it will think that end of lines are end of sentences) and mix up the translation.
